Songwriter Chris Isaak hasn’t been called the “Roy Orbison of the 1990’s” simply for nothing. His signature 1950’s reverb-laden rock and roll and country stylings propelled him to stardom in the early 90’s. Since then he has amassed a trove of classic songs focusing on themes of love, loss, and heartbreak, including “Baby Did a Bad, Bad Thing,” “Somebody’s Crying,” “Blue Hotel” and the hit single “Wicked Game.” His legendary shows with longtime band Silvertone have entertained his tens of thousands of dedicated fans for over two decades, and he shows no signs of stopping.

The Irish Comedy Tour takes the party atmosphere of a Dublin pub and combines it with a boisterous, belly-laugh band of hooligans. The clover -- make that clever -- comedians, whose ancestors hail from the Emerald Isle, include Detroit native Derek Richards; Boston-born Mike McCarthy; Nova Scotia's Damon Leibert; and from Inchicore, a suburb of Dublin, Ireland Derrick Keane. Audiences howl at Richards' tales about his mom's dog, the holidays and dating a stripper. He has appeared on The Bob & Tom Show, XM and Sirius, and The Weather Channel's Top 10. McCarthy's no-holds-barred humor has landed him on Comedy Central and Showtime. The "comedy barbarian," as he calls himself, takes no prisoners when it comes to poking fun at society's most sensitive topics. Leibert's unique and energetic style of fiddle playing lies somewhere between the driving dance beat of Cape Breton, and the lyrical music of Ireland. His power packed performance adds an incredible dimension to the show. And finally Keane, originally from Inchicore, Derrick first distinguished himself musically when the duo in which he sang and played swept the All Ireland Talent Competition. His band, Inchicore, sets the gold standard for the Irish music scene in New England and across North America. The group has broken through with a one hour special appropriately called, The Irish Comedy Tour, streaming on demand on: DISH, DirecTV, Comcast Xfinity, Charted, Cox, Amazon Prime, VUDU, YouTube, iTunes and many more. Don't miss these hilarious Irish American comedians as they tear apart as well as validate all of the Irish myths and stereotypes.

Opening Night! SYMPHONIC SPECTACULAR

While The Sorcerer’s Apprentice cautions about the consequences of unleashed power, this opening night piece shows no restraint.  Its whirling, brilliant, playful instrumentation rises to an insistent climax as the music evokes visions of marching mops gone wild!  Composer Paul Dukas drew his inspiration from that very story as described in the poem by Goethe, and popularized by Walt Disney’s film Fantasia.  Elena Roussanova Lucas’ Suite: Moments of Arrival sparks wonder and reflection with music illustrating the spirit of nature and the excitement of travel.  Saint-Saëns magnetic and heavenly Symphony No. 3 casts its own spell with intensive bursts of organ in a piece that flows, transcends, and swirls the theme to a grand, levitating culmination!

The Wallflowers' hit single "One Headlight" was released in 1996, and by the spring of 1997, it had become a Top Ten hit, pushing Bringing Down the Horse into the upper reaches of the charts, as well. Bringing Down the Horse was a big seller throughout 1997, thanks to "6th Avenue Heartache," "One Headlight," and "The Difference," the third single pulled from the record. Early in 1998, "One Headlight" won Grammys for Best Rock Song and Best Rock Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocal.

As part of the Grammy-winning folk trio Peter, Paul, and Mary, '60s legends Peter & Paul will take the stage at Plymouth Memorial Hall with classic songs like "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Puff (The Magic Dragon)!"

Foreigners Journey

The angelic-voiced musicians of the Vienna Boys Choir celebrate the magic of the holiday season with a delightful program of Austrian folk songs, classical masterpieces, Christmas hymns, and holiday carols. For six centuries, these young cultural ambassadors have been adored the world over for their wide range of repertoire, purity of tone, and generosity of musical spirit.

In just three short years, Moscow-based LEONID & FRIENDS have blown the minds of legions of fans with their uncanny ability to capture the spirit, musicality and fire of American supergroup Chicago. Leonid Vorobyev’s goal was a studio project in dedication to Chicago under the motto “musicians for musicians”. Their first video went viral, but they really gained traction when Chicago itself published the video on its official website. This incredible 11-piece tribute band has over 200,000+ followers across social media and has had an astonishing 30 million+ video views… before ever touring outside of Russia! The future is only looking up for Leonid & Friends.
